Welcome to Go Private Transfers. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our private hire services. By booking with us, you accept these terms in full.
Go Private Transfers offers pre-booked private transport services in and around Liverpool. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.
Payment must be made in advance or at the time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the fare.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
We allow 15 minutes of free waiting time. After this, additional charges may apply.
For airport pickups, we track flights in real-time. Delays will be accommodated at no extra cost within reason.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted in any of our vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately or posing a safety risk.
Go Private Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in vehicles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
